The fee for a therapy session is £100.

Sessions last for 50 minutes. At the end of the session you and Jen will discuss how you have found the initial meeting and think about whether or not you would like to continue to meet. There is no obligation to decide in the session — you are free to go away and reflect on the meeting and whether you think more sessions would be helpful at this time.

Weekly, 50-minute sessions are usual, but other combinations of frequency and duration may be beneficial - all services will be individually tailored to your specific needs.

Therapy is based in Wimbledon, SW19 or Harley Street, London, W1.

Jen is a Clinical Psychologist with a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from a British Psychological Society accredited postgraduate university course.

You can be assured that your confidentiality is a priority and will be upheld at all times.

If you would like to book a session or have any questions, please do send an email, in confidence: [email protected] or call 07737 169 429.
